Appointment Confirmation Policy

To ensure a seamless booking experience and protect our business operations, we kindly require all clients to confirm appointments by providing valid credit or debit card details at the time of booking. This policy helps secure your appointment and safeguards our business against the impact of late cancellations and no-shows.

Please rest assured that your payment information is handled with the utmost care. All card details are stored securely using encrypted systems, and we do not have direct access to the information you provide.

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice prior to your scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment or failure to attend will result in an automatic fee of $15 being applied to the card on file. This fee allows us to offset lost time and resources.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that unexpected delays can happen—traffic, parking challenges, and life’s little surprises are part of the journey! To accommodate this, we offer a grace period of up to 15 minutes for late arrivals.

Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or shorten your treatment to stay on schedule for other clients. If you are more than 25 minutes late and we are unable to reach you, your appointment will be considered a no-show. In such cases, our booking system will automatically apply a $15 no-show fee.

Booking Your Appointment Correctly

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all appointment details are booked accurately, including services such as nail art, nail repairs, and the removal of gel or acrylic products.

Should you need to modify your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide advance notice. You may make changes through our booking platform or by contacting the salon directly, and our team will be happy to assist you in updating your booking.

Removal Of Gel & Acrylic Products

Our skilled nail technicians take great care to manually remove gel products and acrylics, ensuring the health and integrity of your natural nails. This process requires approximately 25–30 minutes to complete.

If you currently have Gel Polish, Builder Gel, or Acrylics on your nails, it is essential to include a removal service when booking your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a modification of your scheduled treatment to accommodate the necessary removal time.

We kindly ask that you review your booking details carefully to ensure all required services are included. This helps us provide you with the best experience and avoid any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Renezing Nails Policy on Infills Over Another Technician’s Work

At Renezing Nails, we are committed to providing the highest quality service while prioritising the health and integrity of your natural nails. To maintain our professional standards, we kindly ask clients to review this policy regarding infills over existing nail enhancements:

 Fresh Application Policy

As a professional nail technician, we will not perform infills on acrylic, gel, or other nail enhancements applied by another salon or technician. If you currently have an existing set, a professional removal (soak-off) is required before we can proceed with a fresh application. 

 Why Do We Have This Policy?

Every salon uses different products, techniques, and application methods that may not be compatible with our professional standards. Performing an infill over another technician’s work can lead to issues such as lifting, improper adhesion, or weakened nail structure. By starting with a fresh base, we ensure optimal durability, quality, and long-lasting results.  

Infections & Fungus

If you are experiencing any signs of nail concerns, such as lifting, discoloration, flaking, or other symptoms that may indicate an infection, we kindly request that you cancel your appointment and seek guidance from a healthcare professional.

To ensure the health and safety of our staff and clients, we reserve the right to decline service to individuals with suspected fungal or nail infections.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

Children In The Salon

We warmly welcome children at our salon, whether they are joining you for a manicure of their own or accompanying you during your appointment. For the comfort and safety of all our clients, we kindly ask that you bring along entertainment and snacks to keep your little ones engaged. We also request that children are supervised and that they respect the peaceful environment of the salon.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 12 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a late cancellation fee of $15. Additionally, failure to attend your appointment without prior notice (No Show) will result in a No Show fee of $15.

To avoid these fees, we encourage you to notify us as early as possible if you need to make changes to your booking. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain smooth operations and accommodate all clients effectively.

Refund & Satisfaction Policy

At Renezing Nails, I take pride in delivering high-quality nail services in a clean, safe, and professional environment. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I want every client to leave feeling happy with their nails. 

In line with the Australian Consumer Law, I am happy to offer a replacement or refund if a service has a major problem, such as:

  • The service was not delivered with due care and skill

  • The service is significantly different from what was agreed

  • The service was unsafe

However please understand that:

  • if you are happy with your nails at the time of your appointment, and no issues are raised at that time, I consider the service to have been delivered as agreed.

  • I do not offer refunds or free replacements for Change of mind, damage caused after the appointment or where it appears the nails have been picked at, filed or exposed to harsh chemicals.

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of your appointment. If you experience any problems during this time, please contact me immediately with clear photos and a description of the issue. I will assess the situation and, if the fault lies with the service or materials used, I will happily offer a repair or partial refund where appropriate.

Age Restrictions

We warmly welcome children to enjoy our services and are delighted to offer manicures for clients up to 10 years of age. To ensure their safety, we exclusively use our range of non-toxic regular nail polishes.

Please note that Gel Polish and Acrylic services are not available for clients under the age of 16. For clients aged 16 and older, these services may be provided with written consent from a parent or legal guardian. This consent should acknowledge the potential risks involved and accept responsibility for any effects these treatments may have on developing nails.

We appreciate your understanding and commitment to the health and well-being of young clients.

Booking Considerations

If you have an existing set from another salon, our services can be booked to professionally remove the existing set. Please allow additional time for a soak-off before your new application. You can book this service in advance to ensure a smooth and timely appointment.

Customer Conduct Policy

At Renezing Nails,we are committed to providing a safe,professional, and welcoming environment for all clients and staff. To maintain the highest standards of service and safety, we have a zero-tolerance policy of the following:

  • Theft & Vandalism– Stealing or the damage of salon stock or property.

  • Fraud & Non-Payment– Use of  fraudulent payment methods or refusal  to pay for services rendered.

  • Harassment & Violence– Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or clients either in person or on social media.

  • Drug & Alcohol Misuse– Use  or distribution of illegal substances or being excessively intoxicated when attending a scheduled appointment.

  • Disorderly Conduct– Loud, disruptive, or indecent behaviour that causes disturbance to others.

  • Attending an appointment with Weapons or Dangerous Items– For the safety of all,this is strictly prohibited.

  • Tampering with Equipment or Products– Unauthorised use of Renezing Nails equipment and products.

  • Health & Safety Violations– Refusing to follow hygiene policies or attending an appointment after coming into contact with a notifiable contagious illness.

  • Violations of this policy will result in refusal of service,immediate removal from the premises,and,if deemed necessary,notification of law enforcement.
